We have attempted to provide answers to the queries in the sequence of order normally asked by the customers.  However, if you have any other queries, please visit our Office.
1) What is the approval status?

We have obtained the following approvals:-

DTCP No.225/2010 dated 27.12.2010.

Local Planning Authority No:185 dated 09.05.2011.

2) What is the payment schedule?

  • 10% of the overall flat cost as advance at the time of booking.
  • Further payment schedule can be collected from our Sales Team.
3) Can I make changes within the apartment?

Subject to feasibility, modifications may be permitted.  However waterlines / bathrooms cannot be changed or altered

4) How is aircondition unit’s outdoor unit run off water drained?

Provision for fixing conventional splits is earmarked inside each apartment. Also a place for all outdoor units has been provided.  This is to protect the elevation as conceived by the architect and also to avoid / oozing water from air conditioning units on the elevation walls.

5) What is Reticulated Gas System and how it works?

Reticulated Gas System is supply of LPG gas to individual flats through a  centralized gas bank.  There is absolutely no need to call agency for refills.    It ensures safety against any leaks and uninterrupted gas supply.  The service provider collects the payment according to monthly consumption as per individual meter reading.

6) Why UPVC windows?

The UPVC windows do not expand or shrink due to climatic conditions.  It is weather enduing, anti-termite, anti corrosive, fire retardant, maintenance free and reduces the noise level.

7) What are the other costs?

Covered Car Park, Registration Charges, Service Tax, Corpus Fund, Maintenance, Statutory Deposits, DTH Multi-system, Reticulated Gas deposits, etc.

8) Which Banks have approved this project?

HDFC Bank, ICICI and State Bank of India have approved this project

9) How is water quality?

Water quality is good. However, a Water Softening Plant is in place as a value addition.

10) Is there any provision for Back-up power?

Yes.  Elevators / motor pumps and common areas will have 100% back-up.

Each apartment will have 500 KVA back-up.

11) I am an NRI. Can I book from abroad?

Yes.  You can book from anywhere in the world.  Just send your complete details by email.

12) How can I transfer funds to your account?
