What is the Approval status?

We have obtained Planning Permit (No;9002 dated 18.03.2015) & Building Permit/Corporation Approval (No:CEBA/WDCN12/00061/2015 dated 06.04.2015) .

2) Can we know some basic information about Banyan House?

4) Can I make changes within the apartment?

The request for changes can be entertained at the time of brickwork activity when the Customer Service Team will invite you for a formal orientation.

5)  Does the Property Come with Under Ground Drainage and Metro water?
